Why yarn bomb?

Because, when you love to knit and/or crochet, you end up with a heck of a lot of gauge swatches, and it seems like a crime to throw them away.

Because sometimes you just need an excuse to go for a walk.

Because sometimes you look at your suburban, picket-fence life and, even though it is lovely and amazing, you just want to SCREAM.

Because a little more beauty and whimsy is always a good thing.
